Exhaust Questions.

I broke the exhaust off my Winter Pathfinder last year, luckly winter was over and I could switch to my summer vehicle. But now cold times are upon me again and it's time to fix the exhaust. Everything after the Y pipe was broken off. I've had little luck on finding the stock exhaust diameter to know if I can just buy some pipe and put a new muffler on. Going for a more performance tone also, any suggestions?
