The Nissan Path

Hello all. Glad to find this forum. I have a pretty simple question (at least hoping it will be). I have a '95 Pathfinder 4x4 which has been a great truck. I've had it for over a year now, but until recently, never needed to utilize the 4x4 option. My question: How do I engage the 4x4 on the truck? Is there a special state I need to be in to engage it? (Neutral/Off/etc)?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

You should be able to switch from 2 high to 4 high on the fly (IF you have automatic hubs). switch when you are driving down the road or when you are stopped.
To go into 4 low you need to be stopped.

To disengage 4wd autohubs- take it out of 4wd and then reverse for a few feet....

That is the info that is on my sun visor!
