muffler/tailpipe

ok, so heres my first question...
I need a new muffler and tail pipe.
on rockauto.com I can get the 2 seperate pieces for about 80 bucks total.
on a website called discoutbodyparts.com (or something like that) they have a muffler/tailpipe one piece...thing. for 36 bucks. I'm skeptical.

now,remember the frame isn't in the best shape(supposedly) and I may or may not be able to fix it. so THIS pathfinder(sadly) may only last me through this winter.
any suggestions on which I should do?
ps. sorry to be such a penny saver, I made a lot less money this year than I thought I would.... Currently only working with my at home business.
