Want to make my pathfinder a mudding machine

i have a 1991 nissan pathfinder and i would like some suggestions on what to do to it to make it a beast in the mud. i already have to replace the motor and transmission on it so i just plan to start over with it so any suggestions on what i should do from tires, suspension, motor ext..... would be appreciated greatly
