did you give it a good clean after the mud? maybe some mud is stuck in the wheels or the drive shaft?

Yea I sat there with a power washer and sprayed that thing dowb but I couldnt get to all the nooks and crannies under there. The motors nice and quiet. Its when I start giving it gas then it starts making the whinning noise

As a suggestion to see if it is only one wheel or the trans -- try jacking it up and with the wheels in the air (should be firmly supported) see if you with the help of a friend can locate the source.

With no drag on the wheels the noise source should be easier to locate -- I can't recommend it but I have even set one wheel on the ground to make the other one spin so I can see if a noise is in the brakes or bearings.

I had a whining noise under revs. Is yours only when moving, or when you just rev the engine at a stop?

Mine was at a stop, and it's just the power steering pump. I just need to replace it one of these days.
