33's on stock suspension '94 SE

My undersized 29's that the truck came with finally picked up a screw and it's now time to put on the right tires again. The SE's came stock with 31's, but I am interested in 33's. I know I'm going to have to get rid of my fender flares, but are there any other things I need to change in order to make 33's fit?
I've already ordered some goodyear wrangler duratracs, and my truck is not an off-road rig, I am just making it into the perfect do-all vehicle, and with the LSD and locking hubs, it's proven that it couldn't be much better in snow and ice without being a half-track. So a lift would be less than ideal. I want to keep the suspension as stock as possible while fitting as large a tire as possible.
