How to Bypass Dalight Driving Lights Relay

Have a '94, spent $150 for daylight driving module as I was tired of driving around with one headlight and everyone giving me the look or telling me that I only had one headlight. 8 months later, this module is toast, it appears, as now my daylight driving lights are fine but I only have one low beam headlight and the bulbs are good. It's this frickin' relay. Please, anyone out there, tell me how to bypass this cash grab. The car is Canadian and this country makes us do stupid things like having daylight driving light modules that cost too much, thanks in advance
