The Nissan Path

I installed new remote starter system 2 years ago and now my corner lights and information center light go off. They turn on when I start the car with remote. When I push break pedal all lights go off except the headlights and I trun them on, but they do not work. Any ideas as to how to fix this problem. Break light works, headlights are fine. I know bulbs are fine because when I start with remote these lights are truned on including the informaiton center but as soon as I push the break pedal, they all go off and they do not come even if I turn then on.
