the path is choking....

so my pathy has been choking. why? timing? plugs? wires? I've bought all of these parts, less a timing chain. any ideas?
By choking do you mean... Running under powered or flooding ?
I have had a similiar problem if you mean no power, I have gone down the list of things to check hoping for a simple solution but it has lead to timing belt issue I am afraid !
Good news is I still have compression on the dead side so that is a bonus I guess =/
