Oil leak from the exhaust? Is that even possible. The bolt seems to be oozing oil

Looks like it's leaking above the head gasket, which probably means that it's the valve cover gasket leaking. There's also a cam plate on the back of the head that can leak, but it's not common. Dye testing with a UV light can be used to pinpoint the leak. I would be surprised of the rear main seal or rear oil pan lip seal is/are leaking oil, as well. Both are common on the VG-engines.

Could it be leaking out of the bolt?

I doubt it. Looks like it's leaking out of the valve cover gasket to me. If you look at the area between the exhaust and the bracket on the back of the head, you can see where the head and valve cover meet and clearly see oil leaking from the valve cover gasket area.
