Clicking behind fuse block but only above 55 MPH

I have the clicking noise as described in several threads from relays, however all of my instruments and lights seem to be working fine ( I have 1 of my foglamps to replace). The clicks begin when I accelerate to 55 MPH and greater-not noticed below. What is causing this and how to fix it?
