So I have the pivotal "Death wobble" anyone know of a replacement part supplier for the upper and lower arms that comes with poly bushings? I'm at over 174k miles so either way I'm replacing all the arm assemblies but I'd rather have poly......

I don't know of anyone that sells the links with the polyurethane bushings already installed. I believe Energy Suspensions sells the polyurethane bushings and you have to install them in your links. As far as links that come with stock bushings installed, Dorman makes them and you can get them from Rockauto.com at a descent price (and I believe they are lifetime warranty, as well).

Probably have to take the arms out and have some poly bushings pressed in.

I just installed the poly bushings and it's not that big a deal to press them in with a decent sized bench vise and a bit of grease. The hardest part is removing the links. Best just to cut the bolts in two with a sawzall. Bushings typically come with new bolts.

Ya it isn't a big deal for me to remove the old bushings and press in the polys however, I don't want to buy new arms and remove good bushings from them and press in polys. The only reason I want to replace the entire arm assemblies is the mileage. I was just hoping for a manufacturer to carry them with polys already installed.

I did mine with poly bushings, they are pretty straight forward and easy. Mine are a 2 piece bushing with a inner sleeve that goes through the center. The problems I have found is that they are stiff, transmit road/chassis noise to the cabin and squeak on occasion. But they do serve the intended purpose.
If I had it to do over again I would probably go with the oem style and not the poly type.
I should say though my truck is a road daily driver so my issues with poly bushing probably won't bother you off road 4x4 guys.

Anyone know if the bushings for the upper and lower trailing arms are the same size? Also pan-hard bar?

New neighbors have a media blaster and work for a industrial powder coater in town so I may blast the OE arms down and let the NDI guys at work scan them to ensure there's no unseen defects. Then let the neighbor take them to work and coat them. Press in poly's reinstall and drive a straight line. All in all just owe them some beer and a ride in the Goat can't beat that!

Nissan shows different part numbers for the bushings in the upper links as opposed to those in the lower links, so probably not. I would expect the lower links to have larger bushings than the uppers.

On my 2000 PF the bushings were the same size.

The uppers and lowers use the same poly bushing.
The panhard rod uses two different bushings.

Media blasted and NDI'ed which found them to be corroded more than I like so buying new and will wait till those bushings go bad and then do poly. Thanks for the help!
