1999.5 Pathfinder tire

It's time to replace my 1999.5 Pathfinder tires.
I currently have a 245-70-16 tires installed and I wanted to change to a bigger size tires.
Just checking if somebody knows if a 245-75-16 tire would fit the stock
Pathfinder without hitting the front strut spring.
I have the stock suspension.
