New starter now rough idle.

I have a 2001 Pathfinder with 150 +k miles. I recently had my starter replaced. I now notice that once the engine warms up the car will vibrate and rattle when I'm in drive and the engine runs at about 550-700 rpms. When the car is in neutral of park the engine is smooth and quiet. This started only after I had the starter was changed. Any idea I would appreciate it.
