wrecked 2001 Pathfinder

I just purchased a 2001 pathfinder that was wrecked. Obviously I need to repair the body damage and I was wondering what year pathfinder parts would be interchangeable with the 2001. I need the passenger door, drivers quarter panel, drivers tail light, and rear hatch. So would any pathfinder from 1996-2004 be good to use?
Also are there any parts such as transmission or such that would be worth pulling off the donor vehicle to hang onto?

There was a model refresh in 99-1/2, which changed the bumpers, grill, rear suspension and some other things. In 2001, they changed the engine from the VG33E to the VQ35DE, which was used up through 2004. Some of the body and mechanical parts will work from the pre-99-1/2 models and some won't (if you want to keep it stock).

so any second gen should be good for the body parts I need to put the vehicle back together. I am not going to buy a 96-99 and realize that the rear hatch is different from mine.

Yeah, the rear hatch, the hood, and rear combination lamps are different, too.
