I need upgrade ideas for my Pathfinder. 2001 SE 5 speed.

I need some pictures and ideas. Here is the sitchy-ation
I have two pathfinders:
2000 Pathfinder LE
3.3L
Automatic
170HP
Fully loaded with all premium options
2001 Pathfinder SE
5 speed manual
3.5L
250HP
Standard sport package
I want to throw some parts and money at these, but I cant figure out exactly what to do with them. The LE as the stock city rig, and the SE as the offroad rig? Headrest LCD DVD players? Winches? 20's? Cattle guards and fog lights? Super Swamper Boggers?
What would you do with those two rigs if you owned them both and had money to put into them?
