The Nissan Path

I just bought a 97 Pathy for parts and it has a brand new windshield.I asked the glass shop and he said it would probably break taking it out.How likely is it that this will happen? I've done windshields on older pick ups but they used a rubber gasket vs the butyl type sealer that this one has.

Any suggestions? Is it worth it?

Probably more hassle than it's worth. You need a hot knife or wire to cut through the urethane that bonds it to the body.
