The Nissan Path

I tried searching headlights/headlight switch. Here is my issue the headlight switch on my 2002 Pathfinder SE works great. I was leaving it in the auto position but now the lights won't go out when I lock the car. In the past they would turn off after a few minutes but not now.

It is probably not the switch itself. The problem is more likely in the Smart Entrance Control Module which controls the timed interior lighting functions. Download a copy of the FSM if you don't already have it and look on page EL-92 for the lighting module section.
