1996 Pathfinder Value

Hello,
Looking into a 1996 Pathfinder LE 2wd, 126,000 miles. What would you all recommend to be in the look-out for? The seller describes it as being in excellent condition and will taking care of, he is asking $3,800 is that a reasonable price for a 1996 Pathfinder?
The BB value is less than the asking price, but sometimes BB is not up with the market when it comes to older vehicles.
