OK, Final Question, Rocking XE at Highway Speed

Stops rocking when I lift off the gas pedal.

Old shocks & struts?

It could be due to worn out struts/shocks, but a common issue is bad bushings in the upper and lower rear suspension links. The bushings will split and cause the rear end of the vehicle to wander all over the highway. You can get new, Dorman links from Rockauto.com with a lifetime warranty and they aren't too expensive, however, sometimes the bolts will seize to the steel collar inside the bushing. If this happens, you will need to take a Sawzall and cuts the bolts to remove the link(s). So, it is probably a good idea to get new bolts from Nissan.
