Where can I get a jack toolkit / tire hoist?

I recently got an 03 Pathfinder but the previous owner did not have the jack kit or the tire hoist tool. Are these sold online?
The jack, P/N 99550-6W56C, is available for around $165+shipping from Nissan parts sites like CourtesyParts.com or NissanPartsDeal.com, but the "T"-rod and crowbar/handle have been discontinued and would need to be located in a salvage yard or online as "used."
The only thing I show for the spare tire is the rear mounting:
