I bought some similar (but larger) a few months ago. They are the 2-piece clips. You put the clip in that has the hole in the middle, then you add the "peg" to make it tight.

Try this site below. Also, you'd be surprised at what you may find in the automotive trays in the general hardware section of places like Lowes and Home Depot. It might not be exact, but at least close enough to work.
