The Nissan Path

I have an 2006 xterra and am posting this Pathy question for my sister's boyfriend. He has a 2003 Pathfinder LE, with the stock 245/65-17 tires on it. He wanted to run some BFG AT's on it. I told him the 265/65-17 would be his best bet. They are a little wider, but only about an inch taller overall. What do you guys think? Anyone run into problems with this size? Some of the BFG choices were:

LT245/70R16/D
LT255/70R16/D
LT265/70R16/D
LT265/75R16/E
LT265/75R16/E

Hello, I am currently running 265/60/r17 toyo proxes on a 2004 nissan pathfinder
I have no rubbing issues.
