2002 Pathfinder LE - Need name and part #

Evap system has two hoses going into this cylinder shaped part located next to the evap canister - driver's side rear. There is a 2-3 inch round pipe attached to the canister which I imagine is how vapors or air is released.

It is not attached to the canister.

There is no part number and the part cannot be found on any diagram for evap/emissions.

I am unable to post a picture because I am not technology savvy enough to post them and make them accessible on a public server.

It sounds like to me you are talking about the water separator for the evap canister, Nissan P/N 18795-1W205. Refer part code "18795M" in the part diagram linked below:
