Hello, New Path owner here (well, new to me). 2002 Pathfinder LE and loving it. My wife and I are loyal Nissan owners as we have had 3 nissan in 4 years

2000 Maxima sold
1999 Altima
2002 Pathfinder

We are closing in on our first house but I have recently read about the Power valve screws and I am curious how common of a problem is this?
