So unfortunately my head gasket gave out............now the car is in repair. Tomorrow they will disassemble part of the engine to get into the head gasket and resurface them. Since I made this investment I got some Blue Coolant (Aisin ACB 003); will I have to make a flush after they replace the head gasket as the oil looks like milked coffee. Also will the coolant will be a better benefit? Appreciate the input.

The blue coolant has a longer service life than the green, but is otherwise compatible. The Nissan green coolant is rated for 90,000 mile initial service, followed by 60,000 mile subsequent service intervals. Nissan blue coolant or equivalent has a manufacturer-rated, 105,000 mile interval, but is actually good for around 130,000 miles. This is, of course, assuming that the coolant system contains ONLY the blue coolant. If there is any green coolant left in the system, it will shorten the service interval life slightly.
