What hose are these?

This morning I got up to go to work, as I parked I noticed that boiled water was coming out of the engine (I have the radiator it with distill water). Checking under the hood I found a leak on the hose in I temporarily bought some hoses from Autozone ( was able to replace the back one [right one] ). As for the left hose I manage to cut some of it off and make it fit. Can anyone tell me which hoses are these and what part number are they. I only found one on Nissan Parts website part# 14056NB however they only show on hose and not both lines. Not sure but both appear to be different diameter sizes, any help will be appreciated, thank you!
