02 Infiniti Qx4 Front Lower Door Molding Removal

Hello, I own an 02 Infiniti Qx4 and recently the front lower door molding has started to separate from the double-sided stick tape. I was wondering about the procedures to remove the front lower door molding to redo the double-sided tape. I know there is at least one clip, but am not sure if there are any others. Any help is greatly appreciated.
