does anyone know how to remove the chrome piece on the front bumper one of the corner piece is rusted and i need to replaced it please thanks

I'm going through this to replace the coolant expansion tank, you need to remove the screws that hold on the turn signals, they go through the grille. After that, remove the turn signals, then remove the 4 clips that hold the grille in place.
