The Nissan Path

I have a 96 pathfinder se she has 160,000 on her and now when she starts up if its cool out, she chuggs. If i give her a quick shot of gas the problem goes away. have a little white smoke but i think thats normal. any ideas why the chug?

Sounds like water vapor condensing in the lines/tank. Try one of those "dry-gas" products like Heet...they should be popping up at all your local retailers this time of year.
