Fender Flare gaskets

Hello all,
first time posting. Does anyone know where to find replacement fender flare gaskets for a 2001 Pathfinder? Seems that they dry rot and start to let the outside elements behind the flare. The dealer wants $70 each for color matched. I'm not too excited about paying $300 for a silly gasket.
