The Nissan Path

Headliner and front carpets were wet after recent rain. I cleaned debris from lower door jamb/wheel well and sunroof tray. Using a spray bottle I sprayed directly into one of the sunroof drains until water dripped from under the car. The water was coming from a metal seem under the floorboard. I was expecting it to come from the door jamb/wheel well area. Where can I see/access the end of the drain tube exit point to make sure it's draining to the outside of the vehicle?
