2001 Lock Shift Solenoid

Hi guys, new member. Sorry if this has been asked a lot but my searches haven't been very successful.
Lock shift solenoid is acting really inconsistent and I need to replace it. I found the part but I haven't been able to find a DIY. Can someone point me to a good one?
