Maybe a dumb question, but are these 2 caps interchangeable for an 01 R50 w/ 16" factory wheels? Thanks.

Yes they are.

There's another set of rims introduced with the 99.5 pathfinder SE Limited which had center caps that were all shiny one year then suddenly they were flat grey on 01's but they are the same construction and completely interchangeable.
