knock in drivers front end

Hi guys,
1997 3.3 4wd. While city driving at speeds 30 and under when hitting bumps i hear and feel a knock in the drivers side front end. sounds like a strut but we just had the strut recall done last year. while making sweeping right curves on the highway the steering will start to wobble....help? any suggestions?
