The Nissan Path

My 1999 pathfinder will crank when I use the remote start, but it will not catch and start the engine. Any clues to where I should start. Thanks in advance.

I would check to see if the car starts with the key only. Then try starting the car with the remote control in the ignition. If the car starts with the key in the ignition, then there is one or two wires that still need to be conected to the remote start.
