New Anti-Spam Defenses Installed

Tweaked the forum in several ways last night to try and minimize the number of spam user registrations and reduce the damage they can do even if they get through. If anybody sees any funky issues on the board please let me know ASAP. If all goes well over the next week then maybe I can finally go back to automated user account authentications, wohoo!
