Running the forum on a new account.

I moved the whole forum over to a new account on our server, so we are no longer running as subfolder on one of my other sites with a cloaked DNS entry. Hopefully this will make things work a bit better, clearing up some minor weirdnesses I saw happening, but if anybody sees any problems after this migration please let me know, thanks.
