It definitely looks like the Euro one creates a more concentrated focus to me. I don't think that it will end up like the Xenon's in the Murano but probably better than the US Pathy's. Damn, now I feel let down as I thought they were projector Xenon's.

Still no issues running the retrofits in mine... pattern is actually pretty good, no body has ever flashed me, and the one time I drive in front of it while somebody else was driving, they looked pretty good from the glare stand point, or should I say, lack of glare.

These shots don't really show the full effect, but I hope they give you an idea of the output. The lights are on 'dip' not 'full beam'.
I'll have to try and get some shots while driving down an unlit lane if I can (I won't be driving at the same time by the way  )
Cheers

That reminds me.. I want LED in my parkinglights too..

(And xenon in my foglights)

I'll go out and try to take some nightshots :)

(btw, the aftermarket xenons on my XL7 was far better than the OEM ones on my pathfinder)

Took a few new pictures. They are very bad. It was cold and very windy. And I have no patience.. If I remove the battery I van get better shots of the backside of the headlight assembly..

For Svein and Brit they are factory standard/option.

I cropped out some junk we don't need. And please forgive the starry-ness in my headlight picture. The sun is in a bad spot and I have the suck and photographs.

I can see what all the differences are but I can't tell what is going on in the part where I circled in blue.

I've got to say though, as much as I like the Xenon's, I'm not overly impressed with the performance of them on 'high beam', especially when on completely unlit country roads. For that reason I'm looking for something to mount a pair of 'Lightforce' driving lamps on. I had them on my Land Rover and they are fantastic lamps. See here -

I had the '170 Strikers'. Brilliant lamps, much better than anything I'd had previously.

Also, slightly off-topic, is there a way of selecting and then sending via email just part of a PDF document ? (For example say, 10 pages of a 200 page document)

I'll see if I can get a better picture of the part you've circled in blue after work tomorrow.

sveintore,
Is it possible to get new xenon headlamp assemblies from your local nissan dealer? would you mind inquiring how much. I'm not sure what kind of shipping costs there would be, but I would be interested in getting the euro setup.

thanks

If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, as opposed to just the free Adobe Reader, you can select an entire range of pages to delete, then just resave the pdf as a new filename. But, I'm not sure if that will work with protected pdfs. I convert a ton of protected manuals in pdf to MS Word doc format all the time, which strips the protection and allows me to fully edit the document however I choose.

Thanks for that NV, I only have the free version of Acrobat. Is it a complicated process to convert PDF's into MS Word Doc format or just a few mouse clicks ?
Thanks.
