snow & Ice

Postby Opformark » Sun Dec 07, 2008 7:37 am

I took ours on a trip yesterday on icey and drifted I75 here in Ohio. I could easily run 70ish on the freeway and it felt very stable also! The once dredded lane changes into the passing lane were transparent and the truck never once felt like it lost grip. I can see though were a person could get too confident in the truck and get oneself in trouble. The 2 cars and 2 4WD trucks that were off the highway were a constant reminder to not get to comfortable!
I love this truck!! :D

Love the PF! Had 8" of snow last week (the day after I had it delivered). Daily commute is directly through hills, on windy roads - stuck it in 4WD - a dream to drive.

Exceeded all expectations...

We had 6" of snow the other day. I turned off the VDC and had me some fun. Almost works as good in the snow as my Subaru WRX.
