Not sure how they did it where you live; in the USA, the lower "wishbones," or as we call, "control arms," came with the eccentric bolts in 2005 but went to regular bolts 2006-2012. If the camber or caster was found to be out of spec during an alignment, the regular bolts would need to be replaced with a camber/caster bolt kit. If you have to replace those bolts, you mind as well get the eccentric bolts. If the ball joints are shot as well as the bushings, you might consider replacing the entire wishbone. In the USA, Moog, Dorman Products and Mevotech all offer new wishbone assemblies.
