Which Switch

The rear blower fan is stuck on high. Any one have an idea as to which knob switch it is likely to be? Front or back?

Any idea what fuse it is?

It's likely neither. You likely have automatic climate control and the rear fan blower amp has failed, which fail-safes to highest fan speed on all the time. It's the same part number as the front blower amp. You'll need to get the right-rear interior panel out of the way and you'll have just enough room to R&R the part. The new part may have a bigger heat sink on it.
