Oh, wait, I mis-read that, you're talking about the compressor signal and the blower. It's still probably the switch, but the blower-on signal goes out on the Brown wire at the switch and the Red wire at the resistor. Look for 0V at both locations when the blower is on, and 0V at the Black wire on the switch. If it's much above 0V at Brown or Red but not Black then the switch is the likely culprit, if it's also much above 0V at Black then the switch ground is bad..
