Seen this? 2009 LE + Winch

I happened to come across page with '09 LE w/ winch. It looks like front hitch is NOT used... Probably a custom mount? That's not a US model, is it? Is this anyone on this forum?

European model (manufactured in Spain), but not sure in what country and what trim this particular Path is offered. Clear lights and headlight washers are giveaways of its european origins. Can't say much about the winch...
