Early 2001 Pathfinder driver's seat.

We have a 2001 Pathfinder with electric seats. As, I am sure, many of you have found the the back and forward on the driver's seat fails. The dealer wants $1,200 for part alone.

We have not found a matching seat to buy so are thinking about just finding a manual one.

My question:

I have found a manual seat for the car, but it is tan leather and we have black leather. Can I buy the tan mechanical seat and interchange the seat back and bottom components?

Any help will be appreciated!
