VQ40DE head gasket replacement with engine in car

Hi all,

Quick question.

New to this forum and looking to buy a 2005 R51. Found one with 205K kilometers for cheap but with a blown head gasket. Question is can the cilinder head be removed with the engine in the car?

It can be done, but it's very difficult. Even out of the vehicle, it's not that easy.
