I bought my '05 in 2006 with 16K. I've done all the repair, maintenance, and upgrades on her myself over the years.
3 years ago at 275K, I did a VK56 engine swap... Engine, transmission, ecm, wiring harness from a 2010 Titan. Also installed long tube headers, free-flow cats, and an UpRev tune.
She is still running strong.

It took them two days on the lift to ease the bolts apart and several broke anyway (this thing has spent half its life on the east coast), confirming this was not something I wanted to do in my garage. Between that and fixing all of the many, many leaks in my elderly truck over the last two years, the oddest thing happened yesterday. My truck smells like nothing but "normal hot engine smell" in my garage. No coolant, no cooking oil, no exhaust weirdness. Can't remember the last time that was the case...there's always been "something."
