Who's got a winch ... and what bumper is it mounted into.

The bumper finally showed up. Here it is installed with the winch. Got a little carried away with the bumper cutting as you cans see near the control box for the winch.

Now the chrome looks really out of place.
With that said, I am looking to plati-dip the chrome on the grill very soon. No chrome.

Also wanting to relocate the winch control box under the hood, and somehow retain the remote connector somewhere acessible without having to pop the hood to use it.

Nice. That control box needs to be moved. It really looks out of place.

Edit: Possibly behind the front grill to allow for easy access and like you said not have to open the hood.

2nd Edit: Possilby modify the nissan symbol to come on and off like a cover and have the control box mounted behind it. Just an idea.

I like the second idea. Kind of like a secret passage in a haunted house. That might be my weekend project.

If not, I may just keep it simple and go with the 1st idea. Appreciate the good/creative thoughts though.
