Will aftermarket HU damage stock speakers

Hello everyone,

Just purchased my 2010 S pathy two days ago. I have searched here until my eye's are burning and I cannot find the answer to my question.

I want to install my Alpine W-505, but not planning to complete the rest of the audio install until a few months when the weather warms up. Will doing such install damage the headunit. From what I read here, the stock speakers are rated at 2ohms and understand my headunit's signal is 4 ohms.

Please, no flames,,,I promise I have searched and read many, many pages here.
