Windows rolled down... ???

a couple weeks ago, we had went out to eat and were leaving when I hit the key fab to unlock the doors.... not sure what I did, but all 4 windows rolled down. My wife looked at me and asked why I rolled the windows down... I was about to answer her when I realized that the key was still in my hand and not in the ignition....

I have an 08 LE with the 5.6l V8....

Anyone else ever had this happen? I have not been able to repeat this feat.

Hold the unlock button for a couple of Secs..It should happen again.

That's happened to me a couple of times also. That & accidentally setting off the panic alarm is exactly why I won't keep my key & fob in my shorts pocket while at work or elsewhere. I enjoy using the fob, but I sure wish someone would made a hard plastic outer cover to protect the buttons. Similar to the old style cell phones with protruding buttons. Can't say how many times I've been "butt dialed" by someone, but it is a huge number.

yea I am guessing maybe a new v8 le option? mine doesn't have it either

. Also I ALWAYS set off the panic at the latest hours and most inopportune times very annoying haha.

I tried it, and the windows (front only) rolled down half way.

if you hold the button longer they will roll down all of the way. if you let go as soon as they start they will stop at half way.
